VESSEL is a devotional dance journey grounded in intent, somatics and an inspired DJ Set. In this experience, we surrender all that is in our way - to the beat and to the dance, in order to reconnect with our innate rhythm and true self. To retrieve lost parts of ourselves in the trance of the dance so we may unify with all in order to remember our birthright of bliss and joy. To move into and through, all that is in the way of experiencing the joy of being alive, in this body, in this moment.

In this ritual healing, we leave nothing out - the mess, the confusion, the heartbreak, the controlling thoughts, all of it becomes fuel for the dance. Held by the beat of the drum, igniting our inner landscape of heart and soul to journey into a wide range of human experience through breath, + movement + rhythm. To release the gripping of the ego and open into the space of healing through movement in direct connection to spirit. The journey into the vast realm of nothingness. To take the journey into trance. Union. Wholeness. To clear the path for direct access to imagination and possibility.

The weekly Movement Labs are fertile ground to be introduced to
The 360 Emergence mapping
for somatic discovery and a deepening of new and ancient modalities.
We will open our 360 lens and co-create a healing container
for collective vision and life-force retrievals.

What to Bring: Water. Bare feet or non-street dance shoes. Comfortable clothing/layers that you can move in. Curiosity.

The building entrance is between Studio IX/JBird and Habitat for Humanity's offices.
Once in the building (number 961) walk to the end of the hallway and make a right. The studio is immediately on your right.
