A special invitation to join Jeffrey in HIS personal practice, by donation.
Move daily for 60 minutes. We will move to prerecorded waves form previous classes and some may contain facilitation, but no other teaching will be offered.

Amidst the busyness of opening Center Studio and continuing a transition in my professional life, I had forgotten the benefits of committing to my own personal practice. The rich knowing and the subtle awareness that comes from meeting yourself in the dance day after day, and how varied that experience can be.
I invite you to join me in my personal 5Rhythms practice at Center Studio, beginning again on January 3, 2024 and continuing M, Th-Sa. (Due to a sudden change in work schedule, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings will no longer be possible.) I will put on a recorded wave (may or may not include a recording of my facilitation from a previous class) and move, no other facilitation or teaching offered.
Donations accepted and appreciated, but not required.
