Sap rises, heart rates quicken out of hibernation, birds return from warmer climates, filling the empty skies. We venture out of the warmth inside our homes, back into the outdoors, with practices that renew and refresh.

In this periodic movement laboratory, we will explore the 5Rhythms® practice through a specific lens. Each inquiry is an opportunity to reconnect our embodied selves to the patterns and currents that move around and through us.
