Authentic: A 5Rhythms Waves Council for Men
Allow the simple and potent WAVES map of the 5Rhythms to reconnect and deepen your connection to what you are in service to. Awareness; from masculine presence, informs our embodied exploration with other men in a conscious container uniting us in a shared experience of our playfulness and lightness of being, as men in the world. Not another ordeal to prove yourself a man, a playground to find delight and relief in the refuge of contentment.
In this 1.5 day Waves workshop, with the father rhythm of Staccato as our guide we will practice:
Remembering what it means to be in community, to be included
Finding the shapes that beat with our clear intention
Releasing our destructive out-of-control habits into the uncontrolled cauldron of creativity
Dreaming into being a life of mission and service
Receiving the spaciousness of our consciousness in motion

Guided by Nima Yazdanfar and Jeffrey Boynton:
Jeffrey has been practicing 25 years and teaching since 2014. He holds a generous grounded space of gentle masculine presence for each of us to find our feet on the path of alignment between what we think, what we feel, and what we do. The gift of this alignment and awareness is increased personal and communal resilience, a vital resource in this age of Chaos.
Nima's path into movement began during a profound personal transformation in 2018. Born in Iran during revolution, war, and religious persecution, he found healing and reconnection through the 5Rhythms® and other practices. As an entrepreneur and founder, his journey bridges spirituality, creativity, leadership, and service. He creates heartfelt spaces rooted in authenticity, courage, inclusivity, and community.
