Guided by Nima Yazdanfar and Jeffrey Boynton:

Jeffrey has been practicing 25 years and teaching since 2014. He holds a generous grounded space of gentle masculine presence for each of us to find our feet on the path of alignment between what we think, what we feel, and what we do. The gift of this alignment and awareness is increased personal and communal resilience, a vital resource in this age of Chaos. 

Nima's path into movement began during a profound personal transformation in 2018. Born in Iran during revolution, war, and religious persecution, he found healing and reconnection through the 5Rhythms® and other practices. As an entrepreneur and founder, his journey bridges spirituality, creativity, leadership, and service. He creates heartfelt spaces rooted in authenticity, courage, inclusivity, and community.
